Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw items, update pricing, or refuse an order at any time. An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where applicable.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is taken at the time of ordering via the available payment methods on our website. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If this affects your order, you will be contacted before it is processed.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery options and collection details are provided at checkout.
- Orders containing alcohol are collection only due to licensing laws.
- ID may be required upon collection of alcohol.
- Collection times are subject to shop opening hours and confirmation email. Further details can be found on our Delivery & Collection and Returns & Refunds pages.
Returns & Refunds

Gift Boxes
Custom gift boxes are assembled based on customer selections and may include personalised items. As such:
- Custom gift boxes are non-returnable
- Gift cards included in gift boxes cannot be refunded once activated or personalised
- Gift boxes containing alcohol are collection only
Gift Vouchers
- Physical, digital, and online gift vouchers are non-refundable
- Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced Voucher use:
- Physical and digital vouchers are redeemable in-store only
- Online gift vouchers are redeemable online only at www.couragenoble.com Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Alcohol Sales
Alcohol is sold in accordance with UK licensing laws.
- Alcohol purchases must be collected in-store
- Alcohol sales are non-returnable unless faulty
- Customers must be 18 years or over
- ID may be requested at collection We reserve the right to refuse sale where legal requirements are not met.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or collection. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courage | Noble shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
