Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Returns


We accept returns on most products within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided the item is: unused unopened and in its original packaging in a resellable condition accompanied by proof of purchase Please contact us at sales@couragenoble.com before sending anything back so we can authorise the return and provide instructions.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: opened or used grooming products personalised items (including completed gift vouchers) digital gift vouchers perishable items such as coffee or beer (unless faulty) custom gift boxes that include personalised elements If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please get in touch before purchasing.


Faulty or Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery or collection with: your order number a description of the issue photos where possible We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Exchanges


If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us first.
 Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the item being returned unused and in its original packaging.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
 Please allow 3–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Gift Boxes


Custom gift boxes are non-returnable. Orders containing alcohol are collection only and cannot be returned by post. Gift cards included within a gift box cannot be refunded once activated or personalised.


Gift Vouchers


Physical, digital, and online gift vouchers are non-refundable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Voucher use: Physical and digital gift vouchers can only be redeemed in-store at our King Street shop and cannot be used online. Online gift vouchers are valid only on products purchased via www.couragenoble.com and cannot be redeemed in-store.


Beer & Alcohol Purchases


Due to licensing laws, alcohol must be collected in-store. Alcohol purchases are non-returnable, unless faulty. ID may be required upon collection.

Please email sales@couragenoble.com with: your order number the item(s) you wish to return the reason for return photos if the item is damaged or faulty We’ll guide you through the next steps.
