GENERAL QUESTIONS


How much is a haircut? Our service prices and descriptions are listed on the Services page. You can also view availability and pricing when booking online.

When will my barber be working? Appointments and barber availability can be viewed via our Book Now page. For more detailed enquiries, please contact us directly.

I’m interested in working at Courage | Noble — who should I contact? We’re always happy to hear from talented barbers who share our values. Please email us with details about your experience, qualifications, and availability.

I’ve lost my gift voucher — can it be replaced? Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please keep them safe once issued.

How long are gift vouchers valid for? All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on the voucher.

Do you offer wholesale? For wholesale enquiries, please email our product team with details of your business.


ONLINE ORDERING


I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do? All online orders receive an automated confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you can’t find it, email us with your name, order details, and approximate time of purchase.

How long will my order take to process? Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Full details can be found on our Delivery & Collection page.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Once an order has been processed, we can’t guarantee changes to the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Delivery & Collection


Do you offer in-store collection? Yes — in-store collection is available. Please wait for a confirmation email before arriving to collect your order.

Can gift boxes containing alcohol be delivered? No. Due to licensing laws, gift boxes that contain alcohol must be collected in-store only. ID may be required upon collection.

What happens if I miss a delivery? If delivery is attempted when you’re not home, the courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange collection or redelivery. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us with your order number and delivery address and we’ll investigate.


Gift Vouchers


Can gift vouchers be used online? Physical and digital gift vouchers can be redeemed in-store only. Online gift vouchers are redeemable online only at www.couragenoble.com. Can gift vouchers be refunded? Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
