Delivery and Collection
Delivery
We currently offer delivery on eligible Courage | Noble products within the UK. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. If you believe your order is delayed or missing, please contact us with your order number and delivery address and we’ll be happy to help.
In-Store Collection
In-store collection is available from our King Street shop in Norwich. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to collect your order, as this confirms your items are packaged and ready. Collection hours are generally: Tuesday – Saturday, 9am – 3pm but often someone is in store until much later. You may be asked to provide photo ID when collecting your order.
Alcohol & Beer Products
Due to licensing laws: Products that contain alcohol, including beer and beer gift boxes, are available for in-store collection only Alcohol items cannot be delivered ID may be required upon collection Alcohol purchases are non-returnable unless faulty Any gift box that includes alcohol will be clearly marked as collection only on the product page.
Gift Vouchers
Physical and digital gift vouchers may be sent separately if ordered alongside physical products Online gift vouchers are delivered digitally For full details on gift voucher use, validity, and exclusions, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
